To replace/install meters from the list provided by the client
Arrange all necessary tool kit required on field
Provide manpower/Electrician for the Assignment
To arrange all safety kit for electrician as per protoco
To Maintain inventory and report on daily basis
Submit all old meter to ware house without failure and within meline
Any new/old material missing will be penalized APA

Team of 10 helpers and 10 Electricians is mandatory.
Each team should have one electronics or mobile device, with the following configuration to carry out the consumer indexing and update the required data on work force management system of EDF IN:

RAM: – At least 4 GB or more – To handle large number of data and big files.
Internal Storage – 32 GB and should have good storage to support offline mode and large volume of data/files (images, pdf, videos etc.)
Resolution – minimum 720×1281
Screen size :- 5.5 inch recommended (minimum 5.0 inch user choice)
Android OS: – minimum 5.0.

Each smart meter installation team should have the following minimum tools:-

Battery operated drilling machine only;
Electrical meter/Test lamp; o Electrical tool kit set with bag;
Battery bank of minimum size 20000 mAH;
Portable electrical inverter with battery, with an objective to continue meter installation activities, even in scenario of no electricity on electrical network of DISCOM;
Crimping tool.

Unit price Schedule For Execution Work

Note:- The rates for Survey, Consumer Indexing, Installation of Smart Meters are exclusive of all applicable taxes except Goods and Service Tax (GST).

Payout:- As per BOQ which will be different for all district so shall be attached and signed accordingly.

Pay Cycle:- 90% payment of the invoice shall be done within 25 (twenty-five) working days from the date of receiving the invoice.

Note:-The 10% retained will be released full reconcilia on the installed smart meters, but no later than 90 days.
